We found a humorous confectionery. San'in famous confectionery "Dojosukui Manju". It is a manju with the image of a "dojosukui mask" used in the "Dojosukui Odori" dance performed to the tune of Yasugibushi.

Dojosukui Manju, a souvenir confectionery from the San'in region, was born in 1967 and became a big hit. It has even won an award at the National Confectionary Exposition.

The manju with a cute little face is covered with a polka-dot tenugui style wrapping paper. When the wrapping paper is removed, the bald head appears. It is adorable.

The soft and fluffy dough is filled with a soft and chewy white bean paste. The moist, smooth texture and elegant sweetness of these traditional manjuu are sure to please your taste buds.
