Toraya Tororo "Haru no Hiyori" (Japanese for "

day") Toraya has announced on its official website that "Tororo 'Haru no Hiyori'" will be available as a store-only and limited-time-only menu item. It will be available at the Kyoto Ichijo and Kyoto Shijo Minamiza stores from April 1 to 30, 2023. The price is 497 yen per piece (tax included).

Spring-like Tororo manju

Kyoto Ichijo Store
The Kyoto Ichijo Store is located near the Kyoto Imperial Palace, with Toraya Kyoto Ichijo Store facing Karasuma Dori and Toraya Karyo Kyoto Ichijo Store located in a quiet, historic neighborhood off Ichijo Dori to the west. This is where Toraya has been serving the Imperial Court for many years, and the store has been located here since at least 1628.

Kyoto Shijo Nanza Store
"Kyoto Shijo Nanza Store" is located on the first floor of the theater "Nanza" in Shijo, Kyoto. It opened in November 2018 inside Kyoto Shijo Minamiza, the birthplace of Kabuki. The store is a complex of stores selling goods and a coffee shop that can be enjoyed by people coming to the theater between performances or for sightseeing. The store's interior is based on a white color scheme and incorporates a folded ceiling and curved lines that create a sense of connection with the main building of the Minamiza.
