"Fig parfait" is on sale at each Ootoya store. The price is 450 yen (tax included). The sale period is until September 2.

This is a parfait made with raw figs that are full of fragrance. A combination of salted milk ice cream, fig sauce, corn flakes, fig jelly, mint, whipped cream, figs and milk pudding.


For the fig sauce handmade at the shop, we use figs chopped with the skin. It seems to be finished with a refreshing and soft sweetness. The ice cream is salt ice cream made from French Lorraine rock salt. It is characterized by its mellow and refreshing sweetness, which brings out the sweetness of figs.
