At each Ootoya store, a limited-time menu "Strawberry Parfait" and "Strawberry Mini Dessert" are on sale. Offer period is until March 10th.

"Strawberry parfait" and "Strawberry mini dessert" with strawberry pudding, fromage blanc, and strawberry sauce layered on a glass. A seasonal dessert with plenty of domestic strawberries.


Strawberry sauce is handmade at the shop using plenty of fresh strawberries. Lemon juice is added to the cut strawberry pulp and simmered in a hand pan, making it a special sauce with a perfect match of sweetness and acidity. Brings out the refreshing acidity of fresh strawberries and fromage blanc.

Fromage Blanc is a cream cheese with a rich and refreshing yogurt-like character. You can enjoy a mousse-like texture with a smooth mouthfeel.
