The second "2017 Midsummer Parfait" is being held until August 31st at the Salon de Cafe at Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store. A lineup of 4 types of fruit parfaits that are particular about the production area and season.

"Okinawa Mango Parfait" is a parfait with luxurious Okinawan mangoes grown in the blessings of the sun. A combination of tropical homemade mango sorbet with exotic sauce, milk ice cream and cranberry sauce. Apple mango or keets mango is used depending on the period to provide seasonal products. The price is 2,580 yen (tax included, same below).

"Fig parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture" is a parfait where you can enjoy seasonal figs in various types such as fresh figs, red wine compotes, and rosé wine compotes. Served with fig sorbet, framboise and red currant. The price is 2,160 yen.
