Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store "2016 Midsummer Parfait Fair"

The "2016 Midsummer Parfait Fair" will be held twice at the Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe. From July 1st to July 31st, the first parfait of peaches, mangoes and blueberries will be offered.

"Arakawa Peach Parfait from Sakai Farm in Wakayama Prefecture" is a parfait where you can enjoy pink peach sherbets and jellies made from fresh peaches. You can enjoy the mellow scent that spreads from the overflowing juice and the sweetness that fills your mouth. The price is 2,160 yen (tax included, same below).

"Okinawa Prefecture Yaeyama Islands Apple Mango Parfait" is a parfait made with Okinawan apple mango, which is characterized by its moderate acidity and rich richness. Milk ice cream and berry sauce give the taste even more depth. The price is 2,580 yen.

"Blueberry Parfait from Hida Takayama, Gifu Prefecture" is a parfait where you can enjoy large blueberries with a condensed taste in a crispy texture. The refreshing fromage blanc sorbet enhances the sweetness and sourness of blueberries. The price is 1,890 yen.

In addition, "Koihime's Strawberry Parfait from Shinshuhata Kobo, Nagano Prefecture" will be offered to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building (strawberry). It is said that it is finished in a luxurious parfait using the rare summer strawberry "Koihime" with a sweet and strong taste. The price is 1,890 yen.

In the second edition held in August, golden peaches and white peaches, ripe keets mango from Okinawa prefecture, and fig parfait from Wakayama prefecture will be on sale.
