"Fig parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture" is a parfait where you can enjoy seasonal figs in a luxurious way. It is also used in rosé wine compotes, sauces, sorbets and tuils so that you can enjoy figs. Accented with fig and apple jelly. The price is 2,160 yen (tax included, same below).
"Okinawa Prefecture Apple Mango Parfait" is a parfait that uses Okinawan mango luxuriously and arranges it so that you can enjoy the texture by changing the cutting method. A combination of tropical homemade mango sorbet with exotic sauce, milk ice cream and cranberry sauce. Scheduled to appear in Keets Mango from mid-August. The price is 2,580 yen.
"Domestic Golden Peach and White Peach Oriental Parfait" is a parfait that combines juicy domestic golden peach and white peach compote with green tea ice cream. The peaches used are from the most seasonal production areas at that time. Strawberry sauce is an accent. The price is 1,980 yen.
Continuing from July, we will also offer "Koihime's Strawberry Parfait from Shinshu Hata Kobo, Nagano Prefecture". Strawberries with a refreshing acidity and traditional vanilla ice cream go well together. The price is 1,890 yen for both the regular version and the low-carbohydrate version.
