"Dainagon Castella Half Moon" is a sweet made from authentic castella baked with plenty of egg flavor, sprinkled with Dainagon Azuki and Zarame, in the form of Kamakura Goro Main Store's representative confectionery "Half Moon". Two types of wheat, domestic wheat that produces a smooth texture and French wheat that enriches the flavor, are carefully selected and blended to achieve a plump, soft and egg-flavored taste.


In addition, the umami is also added by sprinkling Dainagon azuki beans with a firm skin. The bottom is studded with gritty and has a crispy texture.
