The cake will be on sale from June 22 to September 5 (July 5 to 7, the cake will be decorated with chocolate stars for the Star Festival).

Peach Ryoumi-Cake

The cool appearance of the jelly filled with white peaches and yellow peaches is impressive. You can enjoy three refreshing layers of fresh jelly, smooth mousse, and peach-flavored sponge. It is satisfying, yet has a refreshing aftertaste. The price is 626 yen. Available from June 28 to September 5.

White Peach Pie

A seasonal pie decorated with large slices of melt-in-your-mouth white peaches. The flavorful pie is layered with grapefruit liqueur custard and peach-flavored sponge, and decorated with white peach compote. The white peach compote is a perfect match for the refined aroma and sweetness of the white peaches and the mild custard. Priced at 572 yen, it will be on sale until around September 5.

Cheesecake

Cheesecake made with Kiri cream cheese, which has a refreshing taste with a good balance of crisp acidity and milkiness. You can enjoy the rich taste of cheese that spreads moist and softly. Kiri Cream Cheese" accounts for 52% of the cream cheese content. The price is 421 yen. The product will be on sale from July 1 to August 31.

Deux

Fromages: Deux Fromages made with Kiri cream cheese. It is made by layering rich baked cheese and mild, milky cheese mousse. Two types of cheese dough with different textures and mouthfeel can be enjoyed at the same time. 51% of the cream cheese is Kiri cream cheese. The price is 486 yen. Available from July 1 to August 31.

Souffle Waffle (Afternoon Tea Lemon Tea)

A collaboration with Kirin Afternoon Tea Lemon Tea. The waffle dough has a light, soufflé-like texture and is sandwiched between black tea whipped cream with a refreshing aroma of black tea jelly and a refreshing lemon custard. You can enjoy the refreshing fruitiness and aroma of the black tea whipped cream and black tea jelly, and the refreshing fruitiness and aroma of the lemon custard. The price is 259 yen. The product will be on sale from July 5 to late August (prior release at some mass merchandisers on June 28).


All fresh cakes are sold at Ginza Cozy Corner fresh cake stores. There are no fresh cake stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures.
