The "Yamanashi Peach Parfait," "Yamanashi Peach Milk Frappe," and "Yamanashi Peach Fruit Sandwich" are now on sale sequentially at 11 Ginza Cosy Corner stores with cafes and restaurants.

Yamanashi Prefecture is one of the top peach producers in Japan. The prefecture's inland climate, with its low annual rainfall, long hours of sunshine, large temperature difference between day and night, and low annual precipitation, is said to nurture juicy, sweet, and fragrant peaches. The "Seasonal Fruits Direct Delivery" series now includes parfaits, frappes, and sandwiches using peaches produced in Yamanashi Prefecture.

Yamanashi Peach Parfait

This seasonal parfait uses peaches produced in Yamanashi Prefecture and is filled with the deliciousness of fresh seasonal peaches. The delicate sweetness of the pulp, the milky taste of vanilla ice cream and cream, and the sweet and sour taste of berries are a perfect combination. Hyaluronic acid jelly is included. Priced at 1,400 yen for a single item and 1,730 yen with a drink (tax included, same below). Available from July 5 to mid-August.

Yamanashi Peach Milk Frappe

Made with peaches grown in Yamanashi Prefecture. Chilly shaved ice is generously topped with peach syrup, which has a refined sweetness and aroma, and then topped with fresh seasonal peaches and vanilla ice cream. The richness of the condensed milk goes well with the refreshing taste of the peaches. The price is 980 yen for a single item and 1,310 yen with a drink. Available from July 5 to mid-August.

Yamanashi Peach Fruit Sandwich

Sandwich of Yamanashi peaches, cheese cream & whipped cream on whole wheat bread. The delicate peach flavor and mildly sweet cream are a perfect match. Priced at 880 yen for a single item and 1,210 yen with a drink. Available from June 19 to mid-August.
