FamilyMart "Setouchi Lemon" Series

The "Setouchi Lemon" series will appear at FamilyMart for the first time in two years. The refreshing Japanese and Western sweets will be available from June 18 (June 25 in western Japan area).

Setouchi lemons are produced in the Seto Inland Sea coastal area centering on Hiroshima Prefecture, which accounts for 51% of the nation's production and is the largest producer in Japan. The Setouchi Lemon series will be launched for the first time in two years with the addition of a new Japanese snack as part of a lineup that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people.

Prior to the summer season, when the popularity of lemon flavor is expected to increase, the new lineup includes baumkuchen, doughnuts, and bite-sized daifuku, all of which are made from Setouchi lemons, a new seasonal delicacy. The refreshing flavor is perfect for early summer, and the various textures, such as crisp lemon peel and thick lemon sauce, can be enjoyed.

A lovely-looking baumkuchen made with Setouchi lemon juice powder and sprinkled with sugar on the surface. It is priced at 168 yen (tax included, same below).

Lemon Doughnut

The surface of the dough is covered with lemon-flavored sugar, and lemon peel is placed inside the dough to give it a crispy texture and lemon flavor. Priced at 149 yen.
