Matsunoya "Beef cutlet

Matsunoya/Matsunoya, a tonkatsu specialty restaurant, will offer a new menu item, "Beef Katsu," which will be available from 3 p.m. on August 24, 2012.

The new "beef cutlet" is made from the same "tender red meat with a delicious flavor" used at "Steakya Matsu," a steak restaurant operated by Matsuya Foods Co. Served with wasabi (Japanese horseradish), Matsunoya's first top-quality beef cutlet is an irresistible delicacy with a crispy texture and a mouth-watering beef flavor. The "Refort Sauce," which plays a supporting role in enhancing the deliciousness of the meat, is a refreshingly spicy combination of Wasabi, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar. It is a perfect match for the meat, and allows the beef cutlet to be enjoyed with a refreshing taste.
