Lotte will release "Sou: Fresh Chocolate in Vanilla". The release date is October 2. It will be sold in a 185 ml bottle at an estimated price of 172 yen (tax included).

: Fresh Chocolate in Vanilla "Sou: Fresh Chocolate in Vanilla" is characterized by the satisfying taste of ice cream that you feel the moment you eat it, and the refreshing aftertaste created by the fine ice that washes away the inside of your mouth. In response to the many requests for a fresh chocolate flavor that is only available at this time of year, the new product will be available with an increased amount of fresh chocolate sauce*. The texture of the ice cubes gives it a delicious texture.

The raw chocolate is made from Ecuadorian cacao beans (of the cacao mass), which are a perfect match with vanilla. You can enjoy the gorgeous aroma of cacao. The vanilla is filled with the raw chocolate sauce in a mille-feuille shape, so that the vanilla and the raw chocolate sauce can be tasted in perfect balance wherever they are eaten.

The product contains 1% cacao mass made from Ecuadorian cacao beans.
