Mille Crepe This Mille Crepe is inspired by the newly released Lotte "Sasa [Bataakyarame]". Four layers of butter caramel ganache made with fermented butter, butter caramel chocolate cream with fresh cream, cocoa crepe, and crispy chocolate are sandwiched between the layers. The top surface is made with three kinds of sauces: caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and milk chocolate sauce, representing the image of "Sasa (Bataa Kyarameru)," with delicately intersecting lines of chocolate. The unique crispy texture of the sasas, the savory flavor of the caramel, and the gentle sweetness can be enjoyed to the fullest.
