The "Stir-fried Pork and Eggplant with Spicy Miso" set meal, a hidden favorite that has been revived many times in the 15 years since its first appearance in 2008, will be back again this fall.

with Spicy Miso" set meal is a rice-driven dish made with plenty of juicy and tender eggplant and pork, stir-fried with a rich and thick spicy miso sauce. The unique sweet and spicy flavor of spicy miso makes this dish a magic that makes not only white rice, but also raw vegetables and sake go down a treat.

Miso soup can be purchased separately for 60 yen.
