These french fries are made from "Inca Mezame" potatoes grown in Makubetsu-cho, Tokachi, Hokkaido.


The "Inca no mezame" has a rich, chestnut-like sweet flavor that is produced by maturing the potatoes over the winter after harvesting. In order to bring out its natural sweetness, the fries are cut into quarter-size pieces with the skin on and deep-fried without seasoning.


When you eat it, it has a crispy and light texture. The inside is soft and sticky, and the taste is very rich! And sweet! Too delicious, Inca no mezame~~!
