Fluffy Cake Omelet Mont Blanc

This is the third in Famima's "Fluffy Cake Omelet" series, which focuses on specialty store quality in terms of mouthfeel and taste. The soft and fluffy cocoa omelet dough is filled with Italian chestnut marron paste, Mont Blanc cream and whipped cream. Priced at 268 yen (tax included), it will go on sale on March 1.

Butter Biscuit Sandwich Double Chocolat

This is a chocolate-flavored version of the popular Butter Biscuit Sandwich series, which has sold over 20 million servings. The cocoa-flavored cookie dough is sandwiched between cream with chocolate chips mixed in to accentuate the texture. Priced at 238 yen (tax included), it will go on sale on March 8.

A tea cheesecake that starts out as a rich cheese, but gradually develops an elegant Earl Grey flavor

A two-layer cake consisting of a smooth baked cheesecake made with a blend of black tea and cream cheese, and a rare cheese mousse made with Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, topped with crumbled black tea sponge. Priced at 240 yen (tax included), it will go on sale on March 15.
