Today (August 7th) is Banana Day . Here are two simple recipes made with bananas, which are relatively inexpensive, nutritious and delicious among the fruits!
■ Just mix and cool!
The ingredients required for "chocolate banana ice cream" are a banana, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate sauce. Remove from the freezer and soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Add bite-sized bananas to the vanilla ice cream and mix. When the banana and ice cream are combined and sticky , transfer to a container and sprinkle with the desired amount of chocolate sauce.Put it in the freezer and cool it to finish! It is a relaxing and delicious chocolate banana taste ice cream. When I took it out about an hour after it was frozen, I enjoyed the smoothie-like texture that melted in the center without being completely cold. The other one was chilled until the next morning, but it might be a little hard to eat right after taking it out. It will be easier to eat if you leave it at room temperature for 5 to 6 minutes!
■ Chocolate banana crepe roll
Prepare pancake mix, beaten egg, milk, banana, and your favorite toppings. First, put the pancake mix, beaten egg, and milk in a bowl and mix well.Next, apply a thin layer of salad oil to a lightly heated omelet and pour about half of the dough. It's OK if it spreads thinly over the entire omelet. Bake slowly over low heat, and when the dough has holes, place a banana cut to the width of the omelet and roll it around the dough to roll it toward you. Heat it for a while with the end of the roll facing down and you're done.
Serve on a plate and top with chocolate sauce and nuts. The chocolate sauce is entwined with the heated and thick banana and it is delicious! It goes well with the softly baked dough.
It is also recommended to top this crepe roll with caramel sauce. You can enjoy a different taste just by making the "Universal Mill Character Sauce" posted on Morinaga's official website.
Add 2 teaspoons of rum and 1 teaspoon of water to 7 Morinaga milk caramel. If you don't like alcohol, you can change rum to water. Use a heat-resistant container.
Place in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds. After warming, mix with a fork once and microwave again for 20 seconds. Repeat this 3 times. Be careful of spills!
Repeat until there are no caramel lumps and you're done! My sauce may have become a little watery ...? But it's sweet and goes well with crepes! The finished sauce is refrigerated and lasts for a week.
When the contents of the container boils, turn off the microwave. If it spills, start over from the beginning. It may be better to stay in front of the microwave while warming.
