Setouchi Lemon Fair" will be held at Ginza Cosy Corner's fresh cake stores. The lineup includes "Setouchi Lemon Pie," "Setouchi Lemon Shortcake," "Setouchi Lemon Sablé," "Lemon Blanc (Setouchi Lemon)," "Setouchi Lemon Cheese Souffle" and "Souffle Waffle (Setouchi Lemon & Cheese).

Ginza Cosy Corner fresh cake stores will hold the "Setouchi Lemon Fair" from July 1. The lineup includes six sweets using Setouchi lemons.

Setouchi lemons are known for their fragrance, juiciness, and mild acidity. To coincide with the season when sweets with a refreshing taste are popular, pies, shortcakes, sablés, Mont Blanc, cheese soufflé, and soufflé waffles made with Setouchi lemons will be available.

Setouchi Lemon Pie

A flavorful pie layered with lemon cream and lemon cheese custard. The price is 518 yen (tax included, same below). The product will be on sale from July 1 to around August 18.

Setouchi Lemon Shortcake

Shortcake sandwiched between Setouchi lemon jam & jelly and lemon cream with peel. Price: 518 yen. Available from July 1 to August 18.

Setouchi Lemon Sable

Light Setouchi lemon cream sandwiched between crispy sablé. The peel is used as an accent. The price is 162 yen. Available from July 1 to late August.
