reproduces the popular Thai dish "Tom Yam Kung", which is also popular in Japan. The sauce is carefully balanced in terms of flavor, acidity, and spiciness, and is sprinkled with the optional rich flavor of pak choi to create an authentic taste. Other condiments include cabbage, shrimp, and chili peppers.
