Fujiya presents "Smile Switch! It's Fireworks! Fantasia☆" will be on sale. Fantasia☆" will be on sale from August 3 to August 31. The price is 520 yen (tax included).

Launched by Fujiya in September 2022, the "Smile Switch Club" is open to all cake lovers. Under the slogan "Make the world happier with cake," the club is developing a variety of projects to support more people's everyday lives with the appeal of cake.

This time, the Smile Switch Department collaborated with a fireworks master! This collaboration was realized with "Nihonbashi Marutamaya," which aims to inherit the history and tradition of Japanese fireworks, create unknown fireworks, and be at the forefront of the fireworks show.

The bottom layer is lined with a ramune-flavored jelly that evokes the night sky, while the middle layer is covered with red (strawberry flavor), green (melon flavor), and orange (orange flavor) yokan, with a layer of sparkling transparent jelly on top to create the image of multicolored fireworks. When mixed together, the jelly becomes moist and evocative of fireworks bursting into the night sky.

The top is decorated with slices of lemon kiwi, cherries, and star-shaped nata de coco, creating a summery dessert with a refreshing flavor that fills the mouth.
