Ohayo Milk Industry will release a new product, "Luxurious Fruit Yogurt Golden Pineapple," from its "Luxurious Fruit" series, which combines milk-rich yogurt and fruit. The product will go on sale on July 11. It will be sold at FamilyMart stores nationwide except Okinawa for a limited time. The price is 183 yen (tax included).

Golden Pineapple is one of the sweetest and most fragrant of all pineapples, with a slightly less sour taste. The juicy pulp is diced into large pieces at our factory and combined with smooth yogurt. The juicy taste is further enhanced by the use of golden pineapple juice. The taste is as satisfying as if you were eating fresh golden pineapple with yogurt.

Fruits are easily damaged by heat and other factors during processing, and the flavor tends to be lost. To minimize heat damage, Ohayo Milk Industry has adopted a unique "fruit flavor intact manufacturing method". We also pay close attention to the size of the fruit, and create products that value the original aroma and flavor of the fruit.

The yogurt is made from 50% raw milk (raw milk content in the final product is 37% or more) to give it a rich milk flavor. The rich taste of the milk enhances the deliciousness of the fruit, making it even more enjoyable.
