Mos Burger & Cafe will release a new regular product, "Soy Veggie Burger [Tomato Sauce]". At the same time, "Cup Salad" will also go on sale. The release date is July 12.

This is the first time that a hamburger product exclusive to Mos Burger & Cafe stores will be sold

Mos original "Soy Patty" is combined with green leaves, tomatoes, red cabbage, and mayonnaise-type tomato sauce, and sandwiched in a "MOS PLANT-BASED" series green bun. The "Soy Patty" uses soy-derived vegetable protein to replicate the meat, and has fewer calories and a lighter taste than a regular patty.

The green bun is kneaded with spinach puree to give it a slight vegetable sweetness. While the burger is satisfying, the overall flavor brings out the natural taste of the vegetables. Priced at 590 yen (tax included, same as below).

Cup Salad Japanese Style Dressing [Low-sodium type]

Diced tomato, lettuce, red cabbage, sliced onion, and yellow bell pepper in a cup. This salad is an easy way to supplement vegetables that are said to be in short supply. Price: 300 yen.
