BUTTER "DEATH BUTTER" is the ultimate hot and spicy flavored butter, featuring powerful flavors such as Carolina Reaper, which boasts 2.2 million Scoville hotness. By creating a flavor base of Japanese fresh butter with miso and garlic, and adding chili peppers in a unique blend, we have achieved a superb spiciness that goes well with any dish.

It is spicy, but not too spicy, for the following three reasons. The butter masks the spiciness so that the aroma can be felt, the miso and garlic, which are good companions for the butter, assert their flavors well, and the spiciness component, which is initially felt, is suppressed so that it is hot but does not linger in the mouth. The design allows the spiciness to be felt as soon as the butter melts in the mouth, followed by the rich milkiness of the butter and the flavors of the other ingredients, creating a perfect balance that can be enjoyed.
