It is a dish that you can enjoy cold yogurt by sprinkling grated ginger, dried bonito flakes, olive oil, etc. on "drained yogurt" that can be made simply by draining the yogurt.

For drained yogurt, just pour plain yogurt into a colander covered with kitchen paper or a clean cloth and leave it for about half a day. ◆ Ricotta-style pancakes

I introduced side dish recipes, so sweets are also available. I want to bake ricotta pancakes, but I don't have ricotta cheese at home! It is a pancake that even those who say can make. It takes a little effort, but it seems that a refreshing ricotta-style pancake can be baked.

Prepare 180g (6.35oz) of drained yogurt, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 120g (4.23oz) of soft flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, butter and maple syrup for toppings. This amount is about 2 people.
