The use of apples, which go perfectly with the rich sweetness of organic purple sweet potatoes, adds a crisp texture. The sweet is diced to a size that does not interfere with the smoothness of the purple sweet potato bean paste, enhancing its deliciousness.

The Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture are suitable for growing sweet potatoes with the blessings of the sun, sea breezes, and red clay soil, and sweet and sticky potatoes are grown there. The mellow sweetness and color of the purple sweetpotato are used in the bean paste.
