Peyoung Super Daimori Udon Soba-Style with Tenkasu and Shichimi (seven spices) is said to be an unprecedented and innovative dish in which udon and soba noodles can be enjoyed at once. The abundance of wakame seaweed used in the cup gives it a voluminous feel. The texture of the tempura dregs and shichimi (seven spice) togarashi (red pepper) accentuates the addictive taste of the dish.
