Cafe Renoir has announced on its official website that a new seasonal menu item, "Cherry Blossom Mont Blanc," will be available from February 15, 2023. The price is 490 yen (tax included, same below).

This is one of the seasonal cakes from Renoir, and is a springtime staple. The menu is based on the concept of "Taisho Romanticism," with Uji green tea sponge, whipped cream with cherry leaves, and custard cream. The cake is served with a green soybean paste on the top.

A menu item with the same name also appeared in March and April 2022, but the 2023 version has a different appearance. In addition to eat-in, To go is also available.

Renoir "Café Renoir" is a chain of cafes operated by Ginza Renoir, featuring a blend of coffee with a mild and deep flavor brewed by flannel drip and a relaxed atmosphere inspired by the Taisho Romanticism of the Taisho era. The shop offers limited-time-only sweets in spring, summer, fall, and winter, including cherry blossom mont blanc.
