"Jewel Cassata - Chocolat Oranger" has sparkling hearts overflowing from the cut cross section. It is made with two layers of cream, one chocolatey and the other plain, to accentuate the gemstones on top.

The sweet summer orange, a specialty of Nokonoshima Island in Fukuoka Prefecture, is peeled and accented with a refreshing sweetness. The rich bitterness of amanatsu matches the chocolate cream with its moderate sweetness. It is also sprinkled with Harape Collaboration's special raw chocolate made with the finest bitter chocolate and enjoyed along with the crunchy texture of the fragrant caramelized almonds.

The shimmering jewels when the lid is opened, and the cross section has been carefully designed to show a pretty expression no matter where it is cut.
