The collaboration is in celebration of the April 28, 2023 theatrical release of "The Super Mario Brothers Movie" by Nintendo and Illumination.

This year's toys will expand imagination through playing adventure with familiar characters and nurture social and emotional expression that will give birth to rich stories. By driving the cart that Mario and Kinopio ride in, spinning Princess Peach left and right, and moving Luigi around, play will expand the imagination of the world in which these characters live.
