The bag contains four items: a tote bag, a mini cushion, a clear sticker, and a desk calendar, all based on the basic motif of "Okashi no Amusement Park," in which Rilakkuma and her friends dream of a mysterious amusement park made of sweets, and also featuring illustrated designs of Lotteria's hamburgers and fries. In addition, a "Lotteria product exchange coupon" worth 4,000 yen is also included in this special goody bag.

This tote bag features an illustration of Rilakkuma and his friends frolicking at an amusement park. With simple line drawings in warm colors, the design is easy for adult women to use in their daily lives, and with a size that can hold an A4 file, it can be used in a variety of situations, such as commuting to work or school, shopping, etc. The main body size is approximately W360 x H360 x H360, and the bag is approximately W360 x H340 x H340.
