This chocolate pie was created under the supervision of Chef Shigekatsu Kimura, owner of the famous patisserie "La Vieille France". Raspberry sauce and raspberry chocolate cream are sandwiched between moist chocolate cake. The sweetness of the chocolate combined with the tartness of the raspberry sauce creates a satisfying taste. The estimated price is around 118 yen per piece (tax included, same below).

Custard Cake "Frasier

Custard cake supervised by Chef Shigekatsu Kimura, owner of the famous patisserie "La Vieille France". The fluffy almond cake is filled with butter custard cream and sour strawberry sauce. The combination of the two cakes creates a satisfying taste. Estimated price is around 356 yen.
