Italian Tomato cold "Pasta with natural red shrimp and ripe tomatoes" and "Carbonara with half-boiled egg

Italian Tomatoes will be offering two new cold pasta dishes, "Pasta with Natural Red Shrimp and Ripe Tomatoes" and "Carbonara with Half-boiled Egg", from July 14 to September 7.

Chilled Pasta with Wild Red Prawns and Ripe Tomatoes

The "Pasta with Wild Red Prawns and Ripe Tomatoes" uses wild red prawns, which have a soft texture and a sweet, mild flavor, and tomatoes, which are in season during the summer. The flavor is enhanced by the fresh taste of shiso leaves. The price is 860 yen.

Half-boiled egg carbonara

Carbonara with Half-boiled Eggs" is carbonara made into a cold pasta dish. It is characterized by a rich yet refreshing aftertaste. It is said to be even more enjoyable when served with a chilled half-boiled egg. The price is 860 yen.

All of the cold pasta dishes use 1.4mm thick long pasta "Fedelini" which is characterized by its gentle texture. It is said to be suitable for the hot and humid season when appetite tends to decrease.
