Otona no Potelich Japanese Beef and Black Pepper Flavor

Otona no Potelich Japanese Beef and Black Pepper Flavor, the ninth in the series, is a thick-sliced potato chip with the spiciness of black pepper to enhance the flavor of beef. This time, from among a number of ingredients, we selected "Wagyu" beef, a luxury beef ingredient that has become increasingly popular in recent years. We combined it with "black pepper" which is an excellent match. We paid particular attention to the flavor, reproducing the savory Wagyu beef flavor as if it had been grilled on a teppan. The addition of the spice "black pepper" and the use of garlic as a secret ingredient give the dish a luxurious and rich flavor.
