Bourbon will release Mamebari Umashio Flavor, endo bean chips with a thicker dough processed into a mesh-like surface for a crispy texture. The product will go on sale on July 4. The chips weigh 111 grams and will be sold at an open price.

Endo-mame" is a highly nutritious bean that contains a good balance of nine essential amino acids as well as high quality protein and abundant dietary fiber. They are also attracting attention as an environmentally friendly plant, as they do not require much water for cultivation.
