Tanabata Bento" will be available from Sakiyoken. Reservations are being accepted at about 100 stores in the Kanagawa area and some stores in the Tokyo area, and will be delivered from July 5 to 7. The selling price is 1,300 yen (tax included).

The main dish, "Beef Chirashi Sushi," is topped with beef shigureni, kinusaya (a type of pea), tobiko, vinegared lotus root, a broiled egg, and white sesame seeds. The dish is both visually appealing and satisfying.

The side dish, "Okra and Harusame Milky Way Salad," uses okra and harusame vermicelli to represent the stars and the Milky Way in the Tanabata night sky. The taste is accented with dashi (Japanese soup stock) and sesame oil, and its smooth texture is said to be enjoyable. In addition, "star-shaped shinjo" and "star-shaped carrot" are simmered dishes with a gentle taste that resemble stars floating in the night sky of Tanabata, and they have a pretty appearance and colorful appearance.

In addition, "Deep-fried Shrimp with Almond Slices" is a dish of deep-fried shrimp in almond slices batter, featuring plump shrimp and a savory batter. The "Squid, Scallops and Asparagus Marinated with Lemon" is, as the name suggests, squid, scallops and asparagus seasoned with a refreshing lemon flavor.

In addition, three pieces of the classic "old-fashioned shiomai" are also included, offering the rich flavor of pork and dried scallops in a bite-sized portion. For a break from eating, "refreshingly pickled cucumber and daikon radish" is also included in the package.

The sweet dish is "Sasa-dango" (bamboo grass dumplings). Wrapped in bamboo leaves, it is a dessert typical of the Tanabata Festival, and is said to be refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness and the refreshing aroma of bamboo grass.
