Daimaru Tokyo Store (Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit) has announced the ranking of the "best-selling Tokyo bento" and "Tokyo souvenirs" over the past year. The ranking is based on the period from September 1, 2013 to August 31, 2014.

In addition, to commemorate its 60th anniversary this October, the Daimaru Tokyo store is selling boxed lunches and sweets named after the color "kanreki" (60 = 60 years old = red), available only until October 28.

The "kanreki red" themed bento includes the "Passionate Red Mille-feuille" (1,836 yen) from Sosaku Sushi Restaurant Takimoto and an assortment of seafood bento. Also available is the "Gyu Gyu" bento boxed meal, which includes a "Gyu x 3" (1,200 yen) from Taimeiken Taimei Restaurant III, a Western-style restaurant, as a way of saying "thank you".

For sweets, 60 types of Mont Blanc are lined up. Kyobashi Sembikiya's "Red Mont Blanc" (648 yen), Ginza Maxime de Paris' "Pyrenees" (whole 2,916 yen/each 496 yen), etc. are available.
