Shiseido Parlor will be offering Christmas cakes for the year 2022. The shop will be offering a limited number of Gateau Noël, Gateau Cadeux Uit Noël, Cocotte de Noël au Fraise, Gateau au Chocolat, and Stollen.

Gateau Noël

Gâteau Noël" can be reserved in-store or by phone at the main Ginza store from October 11 to December 5. It will be delivered in-store December 23-25. It is supposed to be carried for no more than 2 hours. The retail price is 7,776 yen (tax included, same below).

Shiseido Parlor's soft, light, pure white whipped cream is piled with bright red strawberries and decorated with chocolate to resemble a tree. The main part measures 15 cm in diameter and 13 cm in height, and no alcohol is used.

Gateau Cadeux Uit Noel

The "Gateau Cadeux Uit Noël" can be reserved in-store at the main Ginza store or by phone from October 11 to December 5. It will be handed over at the store from December 23 to 25. It is supposed to be carried for no more than two hours. The selling price is 7,344 yen.

The cake is decorated with ribbons and made to look like a gift. It is a rich white chocolate cake with mascarpone mousse, raspberry jelly, meringue, and chocolate blanc mousse as the main ingredients. It measures approximately 13 x 13 x 10 cm excluding the ribbon.

Cocotte de Noel au Fraise

Cocotte de Noël au Fraise" can be reserved in-store at the main Ginza store or by phone from October 11 to December 5. It will be handed over at the store from December 23 to 25. It is supposed to be carried for no more than two hours. The selling price is 13,500 yen.

Each unit features the equivalent of about 50 strawberries. In addition to the decoration, sliced strawberries are used for the dough, jellies, jams, etc., and are said to be soft and tender. It is said that the customers can enjoy the overflowing aroma of strawberries. The size of the cocotte is 19 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height, and no alcohol is used. Comes with a cooled bag from the Ginza main store.

Gateau au chocolat

Gâteau au Chocolat" will be available at the main Ginza store and some other stores on November 1. The price is 3,024 yen.

It is said to be made for chocolate lovers, using butter from Hokkaido based on chocolate made by Domori of Italy. The terrine chocolate melts in the mouth and the rich and moist gateau chocolate is made in two layers. It is said to be suitable for pairing with wine, whiskey, and other liquors. The size is approximately 17 x 9 x 4 cm.

Stollen

Stollen" will be available at the main Ginza store and some other stores from December 1. The retail price is 2,592 yen.

According to Shiseido Parlour, Stollen is a traditional German pastry that is sliced and eaten little by little during the Advent period leading up to Christmas. The dough is baked in a fermented dough filled with almonds, seasoned with fruit and spiced with cinnamon and other spicy accents, then dipped into browned butter while still hot and sprinkled with granulated sugar. It measures approximately 16 x 11 x 6 cm.
