Kyo no Yingin" is said to have been created with the tea masters at Kitagawa Hanbei Shoten, who believe that the key to the taste of matcha is not its bitterness but its sweetness, and that an original matcha tea suitable for Western-style confectionery was created and used. The mousse has a deep and delicious flavor, and the matcha ganache and sweet and sour strawberry confiture are combined with it. The price is 670 yen per piece (tax included).
