For a year from October 2021 to October 2022, Quilfévon will be implementing various projects to commemorate its 30th anniversary. As a part of this project, each store has developed its own tart, which will be sold with a different menu every month starting in January 2022.

The fourth tart is a tart designed by the Kyoto store, which enjoys an attractive location near the Takase River where cherry blossoms are in full bloom. It is filled with Japanese ingredients such as kurozu soybean flour, hojicha (roasted green tea), and shiborimame (shredded soybeans).

The crispy, cookie-like tart is made with hojicha chocolate batter, warabi rice cake and shiborimame, and savory soybean flour cream. The combination of Japanese ingredients and strawberries and cream reminiscent of shortcake is innovative. It is filled with Kyoto's "Japanese" charm. Unlike tarts with fruit as the main ingredient, this tart has a simple appearance, but the soft yellow color of the soybean flour, the white color of the whipped cream, the strawberries, and the mint make it look like spring.
