A Japanese parfait with spring-like colors. Sponge soaked in molasses and green tea mousse, topped with fresh strawberries, Hokkaido-grown azuki red bean paste, rice cake, and whipped cream. Price: 298 yen.

Strawberry Cookie Puffs

Cookie puffs filled with pulpy strawberry cream and coated with strawberry glaze. Price: 168 yen.

Imuraya Taiyaki Ice Cream - Strawberry Custard

Pink taiyaki monaka ice cream. Rich custard ice cream with sweet and sour strawberry sauce made from Tochiotome fruit juice is coated with aromatic strawberry chocolate that goes well with the monaka. Limited to FamilyMart and in limited quantities. Price: 198 yen.
