You can enjoy the flavor of chocolate with each of the three parts that make up the apple pie: custard cream, filling, and topping.

A chocolate custard cream that has been changed from a smooth custard cream made from Hokkaido milk to a chocolate flavor is used. You can inject plenty of cream into the swelled pie with the effort of the "post-filling method" in which the pie dough is baked once and then filled with cream.

For filling, we use "leaves and apples" from Aomori prefecture, which are harvested in season.
