"Freshly baked triple chocolate apple pie" is a Valentine's season limited product using chocolate from "CHOCOLATE BANK", which manufactures fragrant chocolate at its own farm in Colombia. You can enjoy the flavor of chocolate with each of the three parts that make up the apple pie: custard cream, filling, and topping.


A chocolate custard cream that has been changed from a smooth custard cream made from Hokkaido milk to a chocolate flavor is used. You can inject plenty of cream into the swelled pie with the effort of the "post-filling method" in which the pie dough is baked once and then filled with cream.


For filling, we use "leaves and apples" from Aomori prefecture, which are harvested in season. By making it into a 2 cm square cube shape, it is tailored to a crunchy texture with a strong presence similar to thick custard cream and crispy puff pastry. The chocolate apple filling, which is a mixture of two types of Colombian chocolate, is plentiful in the pie.


The surface of the pie is topped with roasted cacao nibs and chocolate sauce. You can enjoy the crispy texture and rich taste no matter where you eat.
