Pre-orders for Christmas cakes will begin at Patisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris. Four types, including new ones, will be available, and from October 15th, applications will be available at seven directly managed stores in Japan, a reservation-only telephone counter, and the official website. Elegant bitter matcha cream, praline, and plenty of strawberries are sandwiched between choux pastry. The aroma of praline, the bitterness of matcha and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries overlap, and you can enjoy the taste of each ingredient. It also features a Christmas wreath motif.

Thick chocolate cream and Franboise are layered on pistachio cream. The rich taste of chocolate and pistachio blends with the gentle acidity of Franboise. The light texture of the crumble chocolate that is hidden in the bottom is an accent.

Aoki's specialty "Bamboo" is a combination of flavorful matcha butter cream, smooth bitter chocolate ganache, and cherry liquor Kirsch. This cake is a traditional confectionery opera arranged with matcha, but this time it will be prepared in a small sapan (fir tree) shape that will make you feel like Christmas.

Stollen Pom Caramel

The sourness of apples and the bittersweetness of caramel are added to the traditional sweets that are sliced and eaten little by little while waiting for Christmas. Apples, lamb raisins and savory nuts are added to the caramel-flavored dough, which contains the mellow aroma of French fermented butter. The powdered sugar around it is combined with the tea leaves of Aoki's original black tea "Tepom Caramel" to create a fragrant finish.

"Bella Vekka" is a traditional confectionery from the Alsace region of France, where the flavor of fruits is condensed. It will be handled from November 1st to the end of December. The selling price is 2,376 yen.

Dried fruits such as pear, figs, prunes and oranges soaked in Kirsch are slowly baked with nuts such as walnuts and almonds and epis (spices) unique to Aoki. The crispy texture of fragrant nuts is superimposed on the fruit whose rich taste is enhanced by the epis. It is sliced thinly and can be used as an aperitif if it is topped with Camembert cheese or foie gras terrine.

Macaroons that are particular about materials and manufacturing methods are available directly imported from Paris. The assorted box is a limited package and will be Christmas specification.
