Uchi Cafe x Sadaharu Aoki Sumacha Caramel

Two-piece cream puffs in collaboration with "Patisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris". The puff is a blend of French and domestic wheat, topped with cookie dough and baked to give the flavor and aroma of wheat. A sweet made by squeezing kinako whipped cream with brown sugar warabi mochi and milk agar in kinako milk jelly. You can enjoy the rich flavor of soybean flour. The price is 295 yen.

Warabimochi Latte Uji Matcha

Matcha milk jelly made from Uji matcha from Tsuji Riichi's main store, with matcha warabi mochi and black honey agar, and squeezed matcha whipped cream. You can feel the bitterness and umami of matcha and the elegant sweetness of brown sugar. The price is 295 yen.
