Takana bento

The "Takana Bento", which is sold in a new area and has a different tailoring, is a bento that contains "Stir-fried mustard oil", which is popular in Kyushu, and "Toriten", which enhances the deliciousness with Tosa vinegar. Stir-fried mustard oil is made by adding salted and lactic acid fermented mustard mustard, which has a spicy spiciness, to Kyushu dark soy sauce, which has a deep flavor, and sesame oil, which is rich in flavor. The crispy texture is pleasant, and the sour and salty taste of the mustard pickles is combined with the umami of soy sauce. It goes well with red ginger and sweet broth egg, as well as stir-fried spicy fried high vegetable oil and rice.

Hotto Motto "Takana Bento"

Toriten is a chicken thigh tempura that is tender and full of gravy. The mellow acidity of Tosa vinegar, which is a combination of Rishiri kelp and dried bonito broth and five-grain vinegar, enhances the taste of Toriten.
