Made in Pierre Herme Gransta Tokyo "Mai-san's Meshiagare Fukuoka Bento" (with macaroons)

At "Made in Pierre Herme Gransta Tokyo" in Tokyo Station, a shop-in-shop "Fukuoka-born delicious food" is currently being held. "Mai-san's Meshiagare Fukuoka Bento" (with macaroons) will be on sale only on October 29th, 30th, and 31st.

This is a bento box packed with "Fukuoka's deliciousness!" By Mai Shioyama, a culinary researcher born in Fukuoka Prefecture. Hakata's soul food "Game-ni", "Kashiwa-meshi" cooked with a whole chicken, and large-sized fried chicken are lined up with a variety of dishes that will make your cheeks loose even if you are not from Fukuoka.

In addition to the number of dishes, for example, grilled mentaiko uses a luxurious bottle of "Yamasue" soaked in Itoshima sake and soy sauce in Itoshima City, and Kashiwa-meshi is the meat that appeared in NHK's "Professional". The two-tiered weight is packed with carefully selected items unique to Mr. Shioyama, such as using the local chicken of Mr. Yoshinobu Shinbo of the shop Sakaeya.

Limited to 10 pieces each day, sales time is from 12:00 to 16:00. The price is 3,500 yen (excluding tax). Reservations are accepted by phone (03-6268-0077). Reservation time is from 8:00 to 22:00.

The contents are fried kelp, game-ni, grilled mentaiko mentaiko, Hakata vegetable roll skewer style, mentai taramo salad, simmered plums of Iwashi, simmered bamboo shoots, tosa simmered bamboo shoots, old-fashioned macaroni salad and grilled eggs, pickled vegetables, Pickled purple cabbage, pickled kelp and edible beans, mackerel sand, salted sardines, Shinbo-san's local chicken sardines, sardines, potato sardines from Fukuoka Oshika Farm, homemade takana takana rice, mountain shiona Pickles, various pickles made from Azabudai, yuzu radish, boiled bamboo shoots and their fruits, pickled in our home.
