A cheesecake baked with rich Danish cream cheese with astringent skin malon sauce and Hokkaido flour-based biscuit dough with mellow and mellow flavored malon paste. It is brown, warm and fragrant like roasted chestnuts.

A luxuriously flavored cheesecake that colors the mild autumn tea time. Rich Danish cream cheese is kneaded with astringent skin malon sauce and crushed malon grains from Europe, and biscuits made from Hokkaido flour are added with mellow malon paste and baked carefully one by one.
