It is a double cream made of "Tsubuan custard" and "Kuromitsu whipped cream" using black honey and red bean paste, which are the raw materials of Eitaro.


When you open the blue package with a subdued color, a large choux pastry appears. A whip that is completely white when you insert a knife. You can also see a layer of black bean paste below.


With a bite, you can enjoy the soft, unraveling texture of the whipped cream with a hint of black honey. At the same time, the texture and aroma of the fluffy azuki beans are also accentuated, giving it a mysterious eating feel like Western confectionery and Japanese confectionery.
