A parfait of "Furano Melon" from Furano City, Hokkaido

A parfait made from "Furano Melon" grown in an environment with a large temperature difference in a basin surrounded by mountains. The flesh, which has been ripened from harvest to ripeness, is soft and has a mellow aroma and juicy sweetness. The price is 2,300 yen (tax included, same below).

A parfait of "figs" from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture

A parfait made from figs grown in the warm climate of Wakayama and the abundant land. The figs, which are characterized by their bubble wrap texture and gentle sweetness, are finished in a compote stewed in sorbet, sauce, and red wine. Elegant adult taste. The price is 2,300 yen.

Parfait of "Keets Mango" from Miyakojima, Okinawa

A parfait made from "Keets Mango" that has been carefully grown in the sun in the warm climate of Okinawa. Since it is difficult to distinguish the timing of ripeness by color and luster, there are few producers and it is called a phantom mango. Since it requires a ripening period, it is offered from mid-August to late August. The price is 2,800 yen.

Strawberry parfait from Shinshuhata Kobo "Koihime" from Nagano Prefecture

A parfait using the summer strawberry "Koihime" from the Shiseido Parlor house. You can enjoy the sweet and sour taste of the red jewel "Koihime" that has grown in the blessings of the sun, with clean water and air. The price is 2,100 yen.
