Bread "half-boiled rusks-strawberry" and "half-boiled rusks-brown sugar" will be released from Sakimoto. Online delivery acceptance and pre-orders at stores will begin on June 25th, with limited quantity store sales from July 10th to August 31st.
A new flavor of the "half-boiled rusk" series, which is soaked with butter and baked moistly in the oven to give it a crispy outside and a juicy texture between raw bread and toast. Three types are available, including the existing "half-boiled rusk-sugar".
Poached Rusk-Strawberry
"Semi-ripe rusks-strawberry" is melted on the surface of bread, butter and sugar are layered and baked in the oven to give it a moist texture, and granulated powder from fresh strawberry is spread evenly over the entire surface. You can enjoy the combination of sweet and sour strawberries with a moist mouthfeel like between raw bread and toast.
Soft-boiled rusks-brown sugar
"Semi-ripe rusks-brown sugar" is melted on the surface of bread, butter and sugar are layered, baked in the oven to give a moist texture, and the surface is evenly covered with fragrant brown sugar. You can enjoy the moist bread that feels like between raw bread and toast, and the fragrant and gentle sweetness of brown sugar.
